A briefing on what we are doing throughout the COVID-19 pandemic to help your business and ensure safety.
While everyone across the world continues to navigate the uncertainty of COVID-19, Redfaire International is committed to supporting your business throughout the course of this pandemic and to provide continuity of service at all times.
We realize that in this time of crisis, it is critical that we make it possible for you to continue your operations and help you respond to the unique demands that you may be facing. We want you to know that at this important time, you can count on us to be there to support your business. Redfaire International and its partners remain committed to meeting its service level agreements for our services. At this time, we do not expect any disruption to service availability due to the COVID-19 virus.
Working from home has been rolled out successfully to ensure continuity of service as this crisis escalates. If you subscribe to a Redfaire Global Support (SLA) service, please be assured that our desk systems are cloud-based, and our emergency support lines are configured so that they can facilitate diversion to multiple network providers.
All file server systems have tested DR plans in place protecting both our data as well as our customer’s data. For those customers subscribing to a Redfaire Global Support service, we have a robust business continuity plan, audited by ISO27001 & tested annually. Individual lines of business across Redfaire International have specific plans based on the nature of impacts possible to our business operations. Redfaire International takes an impact-based approach to business continuity management by designing preparedness and response plans that address the availability of our workforce, workplaces, technologies, and critical interdependencies. Redfaire International’s employee population size and geographic diversification provide an inherent resiliency advantage. Finally, offices experiencing mandatory closures have maintained essential business processes and customer support resulting in no disruptions to customer services to date.
Redfaire International’s leadership team is meeting continuously to assess and appropriately respond to the crisis as it evolves, to adjust our operations to maintain continuity, and to support the safety and health of those impacted. In addition, Redfaire International is operating in accordance with guidance from local government and public health authorities. Of course, the health and welfare of both our employees and your employees remain a priority. We are working tirelessly to help everyone stay safe while at the same time continuing to serve you.
