MPL uses Oracle Technology to create an award-winning Chatbot

MPL, our Brazilian partner delivered an exciting and award-winning project using Oracle technology to create an interactive chatbot for their client’s website. The chatbot helps to drives sales, creates differentiation and delivers an outstanding customer experience.
Using Oracle AI to Create Great Customer Experience
The solution is simple and effective. The customer uploads a photo of their pet so that the chatbot can recommend the best product for their four-legged friend.
Using Oracle Vision, the solution identifies the breed and recommends the best dog food.
An added bonus is that there is a calculator to estimate the ideal daily quantity to ensure a balanced and healthy diet.
If the customer wishes to then go ahead and purchase the product the chatbot generates a list of the closest stores that stock the product. This information is based on the zip code provided by the client.
