JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2.4.4 Release

Oracle JD Edwards announced the availability of Tools Release 9.2.4.4 and customer-driven application enhancements.

The most recent update to Tools 9.2.4.4 includes Orchestrator enhancements to drive digital process transformation, improvements in user experience, and support for Oracle Autonomous Database. This update also supports Applications Release 9.1 and 9.2. 

These updates include a range of areas such as:

JD Edwards Orchestrator:

  • External REST Authentication via Public Key Certificates
  • HTTP Compression for AIS Output
  • Queue Control for AIS Requests
  • Grouped Arrays from CSV Files
  • Return Orchestration Inputs in the Output
  • Printing an Orchestration
  • Expand or Collapse Nested Orchestrations

User Experience:

  • Form Personalization: Repositioning Form Controls Marked as Required
  • Creating Form and Row Exits in Form Extensions
  • Media Objects—Multiple Attachments Selection
  • Additional Translations for UDOs

Autonomous Database for JD Edwards

Another major update on the platform was to the Autonomous Database. Oracle JD Edwards announces the support for Oracle Autonomous Database on dedicated Exadata infrastructure. With this support, customers can integrate their JD Edwards installation on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure with Oracle Autonomous Database on dedicated Exadata infrastructure.   • Planned database maintenance with zero downtime
  • Manual deployment of Oracle JD Edwards with Oracle Autonomous Database
