Oracle has been investing heavily in IoT and recently announced  a new integration between Oracle Service Cloud and Oracle IoT Cloud . the objective of which is to help brands capitalize on this opportunity to drive next-generation customer service experiences. The new IoT Accelerator is an open source integration that also includes implementation documentation to easily configure, extend and deploy.

The innovative new solution powers smart, connected service experiences using IoT data to predict customer needs as well as proactively provide support, while enabling brands to increase operational efficiency and reducing costs.
